Washington Restaurants

Any ideas on how to start a website that promotes local restaurants, bars, events and make it a business???

The town I have grown up in all my life is really lacking in entertainment. There are a few local bars downtown, comedy club and excellent restaurants. After about 10pm our downtown sort of clears out like a ghost town expect for the bars that has quite a bit of traffic back and forth. Otherwise the rest of our bars and restaurants are scattered at every end of the town and makes it hard go from one bar to the next. As for the website I was looking for ideas to help these businesses attract more customers and keep them coming back. Thanks
